Introduction

This document provides information about the technologies that allow this Application to achieve the purposes described below. These technologies allow the Data Controller to collect and store information (e.g., through the use of cookies) or to use resources (e.g., by running a script) on the User’s device when they interact with this Application.

For simplicity, in this document these technologies are referred to as “Tracking Tools,” unless otherwise specified.
For example, although cookies can be used in both web and mobile browsers, it would be inappropriate to talk about cookies in the context of mobile apps, since they require a browser. Therefore, the term “cookie” is used here only to refer specifically to that type of Tracking Tool.

Some of the purposes for which Tracking Tools are used may require the User’s consent. If given, consent can be freely withdrawn at any time following the instructions in this document.

This Application only uses Tracking Tools managed directly by the Controller (commonly called “first-party” Tracking Tools).
The duration and expiration of first-party cookies and similar tools may vary depending on what is set by the Controller. Some expire at the end of the browsing session.

How this Application uses Tracking Tools

Necessary
This Application uses so-called “technical” cookies or other similar Tracking Tools to carry out activities strictly necessary for the operation or delivery of the Service.

How to manage preferences and give or withdraw consent on this Application

Where the use of Trackers is based on consent, the User may give or withdraw consent by setting or updating their preferences through the relevant privacy preferences panel available on this Application.

How to control or delete cookies and similar technologies through your device settings

Users can use their browser settings to:

  • View which cookies or similar technologies are stored on their device

  • Block cookies or similar technologies

  • Delete cookies or similar technologies

However, browser settings typically do not allow granular control of consent by category.

Users can find information on how to manage cookies in popular browsers at the following links:
Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Brave, Opera

Users can also manage some mobile app Tracking Tools by disabling them via device settings, such as advertising settings or general tracking preferences (users should refer to device settings to locate the appropriate section).

Consequences of refusing Tracking Tools

Users are free to choose whether or not to allow the use of Tracking Tools. However, please note that these tools enable the Application to offer an enhanced user experience and advanced features. If the User chooses to block Tracking Tools, the Controller may not be able to provide related features.
